Step 2 — Register
Sign up with your Social Security Number and date of birth. Your info stays private and secure.

Your digital ID card is available anytime in the Tres Health app or at member.tres.health — no need to wait for a physical card in the mail.
Log in to the app or portal and go to Claims to see the status of anything active, pending, or paid — updated in real time.
if you have PHCS or Cigna, Use Provider Search in the app or portal to search by name, specialty, or location and confirm they're in-network before you book.
if you have Anthem, go to anthem.com/find-care. Log in for Personalized Search on the left or you can search without logging in by selecting Use Member ID for Basic Search on the right.
Your Health Plan Summary in the app shows exactly what you've met toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, updated as claims process.
Access MDLive directly from the app or portal with single sign-on — no separate login needed. Talk to a board-certified doctor by phone or video, 24/7/365.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen at member.tres.health to reset it instantly. If you're a first-time user, you'll register with your Social Security Number and date of birth.
